As soon as you call Claim Service Northern Ireland we will start work on your compensation claim. This is how it works:

• You call us, or we call you back if you've filled in our online web form. If we don't have them already, you'll need to tell us:
  • Your personal details (address, contact numbers)
  • The date of the accident, or when you first noticed you were ill
  • Details about where the accident took place and briefly what happened
  • If you went to your GP or to hospital, what they told you about your injury
  • Details of any police who attended the accident
  • Any details about the person or organisation you think was responsible for your accident or illness (name, address, insurance company).
• We will then appoint a solicitor to manage your personal injury claim and they will be in touch as soon as possible
• You have an independent medical report to see how well you are recovering.
• Your solicitor negotiates your compensation claim.
• You receive a cheque compensating you for your injuries.
